I am currently an undergraduate at Stanford University and taking a machine learning class (CS 229 taught by Andrew Ng). I hope to do my final project on audio analysis, particularly global song structure and/or beat detection. I spent last year reading many of the past MIREX papers in these areas and would like to become involved with the MIREX community with the hope of a submission next year.
